   Dear Angelika,

   After reading your wonderful book I felt a real connection with Braco’s energy. I’m unable to attend his gazing sessions (I live in Washington State), but was really loving to look into his eyes on the one video on your site that has now been removed for some reason. Why do you think the user would want to remove this particular video all of a sudden? I’ve looked everywhere and it’s been literally taken off the net. So I recently ordered the DVD about Braco’s birthday celebration because they said we could participate in his gazing sessions. Not really true… I was really disappointed. Is there a DVD that allows one to experience his wonderful gaze for at least a few minutes? Thank you, Wendy

   Dear Wendy,

   Thank you for your question and I will use this opportunity to offer some information about the DVDs in general. Of the 80+ films made about Braco, the length of the gazing segments is generally the same in the DVDs. But there is so much more . . .

   When people attend gazing sessions, my best advice is to release all expectations about what you think you should experience, the length of the session and how it should feel. Expectations often get in our way and inhibit our ability to simply be present and to be open to a new experience. For the DVDs, I would offer the same advice. No one can concretely explain why a person in a deep coma, unable to watch any gazing segment at all, not only woke up after a Braco DVD was played in his hospital room, but recovered from injuries to his brain that medical doctors stated were beyond recovery (see article: Braco DVD brings man back from deep coma). Or why so many people report playing a Braco DVD while they work or clean the house, not even watching the screen, yet experience feeling energized, more balanced or generally happier.

   I personally gave a DVD to my hairdresser after she told me that her husband had severe back pain. She made him watch it that very night, despite his lack of belief in such a healing method. The next morning she called to tell me that her husband slept peacefully and without pain for the first night in over a year and a half. Her husband only watched because his wife made him, and he did not know to pay particular attention to gazing segments. Yet this did not matter, a healing took place anyway.

   Why? In my research of Braco and those he helps, I found that the DVDs and books about him act as conduits for the positive energy he himself brings to us. This energy comes through people’s heartfelt testimonials of healing and life transformations. It comes through the narration or brief clips of Braco walking in nature, not only through the short gazing segments available in all Braco films. The energy that Braco brings to us has nothing to do with our thoughts and our mind’s desires and expectations. It reaches to our unconscious self through feeling alone. It reaches to our child-like wishes, dreams and highest aspirations, and this energy is without limits.

   Limits are merely a thing of the mind. Thus, when people offer their testimonials, they are reconnecting with the feeling that set them free, and they inspire us that this is possible too. They help us to gracefully feel something inside, our own spirit, as does scenes of Braco in nature or the narration about him and his gift. Braco takes us to a higher level within, where the limitations that our thoughts have placed are dissolved into a finer recognition of possibilities. This is the gift of unity, and unifying us with life and each other.

   The DVDs are carefully crafted to offer many ways for individuals to reconnect with this unifying factor. It is natural for our minds to think we can only be helped by directly watching Braco making the gazing, and the more time the better. Yet this is our mind’s constraint and not the truth behind this unlimited Source energy. Other people want science to reveal and assure the validity of this phenomenon. Yet science is still searching for ways to explain and understand that our reality is so much more than our five senses reveal.

   The Natural Sciences have worked for centuries under the precepts that there is a linear functionality to cause and effect, but this is only for things like the workings of an engine, not human beings. Thankfully, quantum physics, new research in microbiology and global scaling are paving the way to rewrite conventional beliefs. We are beginning to look beyond the illusions of time and space, as Plato exemplified in his illustration of people watching shadows in a cave as the misunderstood substance of reality. Spontaneous healing is ready to be recognized as a natural process, replaced by the linear model of a slow and arduous process requiring step-by-step planning and building.

   These films offer individuals many ways to connect with the bridge to a higher state of being, where change can take place in the moment, beyond the level of sight, touch and sound. Here is a level where everything is possible in the ‘now’. All we need to do is to let go and to be open, without judgment or expectations, to trust that something positive can touch our lives too. And this can come to us in the most unexpected of ways.

   So I would recommend watching a Braco DVD with the innocence of a child and to simply feel what you are watching. Not everyone is affected or it may not be immediate, for we all have our own natural process of opening back to grace. In gazing sessions, some people do not feel a sudden effect; it unfolds over the days or weeks ahead as they discover a new well being emerging. Others have to come back several times before a healing, sometimes miraculous, or a life transformation takes place. Perhaps they are replenishing their inner foundation, building momentum before that blossoming can occur.

   Our minds and the restrictions taught to us by our society can run deep, but this energy runs deeper and sometimes needs only a little time to help us to build a bridge to feel it once again alive inside. So too with the DVDs, it may require several viewings to allow the gift in them to reach us at the level we require. It is certainly worth playing a DVD, even in the background while doing other things, for it is when we let go that its magic can most fully reach us. For others, the reports are vast of those who felt an effect or received a healing the very first viewing.

   There are no rules here for our minds to manage; only a connection to a feeling that once felt will help us transcend our own limits, re-empowering our inner strength and ability to face our challenges with balance and positive certainty. No two people connect with this possibility in the exact same way when viewing a DVD. Now, if you have a Braco film, put it in your player and watch it from the viewpoint of a child, open and innocent, to discover what is present for you to take away.

   Dear Angelika,

   I am so grateful for your very thoughtful response. You’re absolutely correct when you say that the mind does limit our way of perceiving things. I was just feeling bereft when that particular video was taken down, because when Braco looked at me he seemed to actually smile – and It made me feel so happy! But no matter…the next time I watch Braco’s DVD I’ll do it with an open heart like a child, staying in the now with no expectations as to the outcome. AFter all, when it really comes down to it, I feel that the healing energy that flows through Braco already resides within me, and that he is a phenomenal conduit of Light that is helping us to remember how incredible we all really are.

   Thank you for answering the way you did, I just finished watching “The gaze of Light” and I was a little bit desapointed, but I did cry a few times. But soon i’m going to watch it again with my child heart and really let go of any expectations. Thanks again for your kind and loving words. You are an Angel!
