Nourishment for the Body & Spirit
In life, there is a natural circle. It is composed of a fine balance between the spiritual and material aspects that make up our world, all plants, animals and people.
The Earth is our body, the Sun is our spirit.
Needs of the body and needs of the spirit must both be respected equally. If one is denied then life will reflect this lack through problems and difficulties. When nature receives too much sun, it creates a sweltering desert, and too little sun a slumbering land of ice. Balance between both makes life flourish.
I have often noted Braco’s reverence and love of nature; his long walks every day in forest or lakeside, joining him with the Earth as our mother; our body, the material world. The importance he places upon this connection to nature is one of the highest because we need our nature, our trees, oceans and the songs of the birds to harmonize us – our minds and bodies alike.
With this Earthly connection integrated, the foundation of Braco’s work to help the people is found in the father of life, the Sun. Our Sun represents the spirit and sustenance for our spark within for all living things. For every planet, there is a sun that sends the creator’s love to that world, a direct expression for the spirit to receive a bounty unlimited to ignite possibilities.

Thus, Braco’s gaze is connected to our Sun, which is a conduit of nourishment for the spirit. When people come to a gazing session, they receive for their spirit. People can experience a feeling that transforms them, awakening a belief in the future, better possibilities, health and a more positive outlook on life. It can bring forth latent talents, and simply dissolve longstanding blockages. This encounter offers the opportunity to solidify the foundation for people to open to life, even its challenges, with a renewed strength and grace.
Yet the body also needs to have its material connection. The films and books about Braco and the Golden Sun symbol form this necessary bridge for the body. These are physical components that people can use before or after a gazing session to connect with the gift at a body level. For those who cannot attend a live gazing session such as children, the elderly or those infirmed, these tools offer a way to be reached by Braco’s gift.
They are also important because it is difficult to explain this phenomenon to others, and the DVDs and books offer the material to open people to this new possibility, where they may have been closed to such ideas before. Therefore, they can also help people to wish to experience a gazing session themselves. Here the circle is completed, with body and spirit each respected and fed.
The DVDs, books and the Golden Sun symbol each represent a different type of nourishment for the body. Films not only offer information through segments of Braco on tour and in nature, gazing for audiences and scientific testimony, but also the telling of people’s own stories of transformation and healing that open us to new possibilities. They simply help us to believe more strongly and partake in the spiritual nourishment present here.
Belief plays a key role in receiving the gift that Braco brings into our lives. The more we believe, the more we can receive. This belief is most often triggered by ‘a feeling’ we experience when we are exposed to Braco is some form.

A gazing session, DVD or book can ignite this level, yet some simply see Braco’s photograph and feel an opening within to a new positively powerful influence, and changes occur. As with the gazing sessions, some people will ‘feel’ it immediately, some later on and others not at all. No one can predict who, when and how someone will be affected and helped. There is something greater at work here that goes beyond the limited levels of our minds.
Braco stopped speaking in public in 2002 when he began gazing, and does not explain how this phenomenon works, so the thousands of testimonials by people who have been deeply affected provides a solid foundation of proof of what the energy can do. Books
Books about Braco offer a highly personalized interaction and the body connects at the necessary material level with the book itself. When we read, we uniquely relate to the information present forming images and pictures that represent our current needs and mindset. We are influenced by the story, which opens us. There is much to be gained by reading ‘between the lines’ and each time we reread a portion, a new level of information can affect us with insights, inspirations and connections we did not recognize before. Every morning and evening we listen to Braco’s voice and we feel very good about it, also our young children. Since we will be on a somewhat extended camping trip next month we now wish we had a CD with the voice on it, so that we can still listen to it on our car’s CD player.
Any idea how we may obtain such a recording?

To date, no CD recording of ‘The Voice’ has ever been made. As a foundation is built for Braco in new countries, he is guided as to the proper timing for each new project. Yet I am so happy that one new project soon to begin is the translating of Ivica Prokic’s books. We hope to have the first of this important material to offer in the U.S. next year.
