How to Gaze back . . .

How can I make the most of the gazing experience?

Outdoor Gazing Session, Kona, Big Island of Hawaii (April 2010)

In a timeless moment, we see ourselves reflected back through Braco’s eyes in resplendent eternity. Here is the place of all possibilities and the infinite love supporting the highest potential in all of us. Yet the mind cannot comprehend this vastness, it comes to us instead as a tangible feeling that can spontaneously set us free from old patterns, programming and limiting beliefs.

As Braco gazes at us and we gaze back at him during sessions, our strongest empowerment comes by feeling in the moment, the now, all that is uniquely present for us. It is the Source energy itself that decides what we will be given and when, and this gift can surpass what our mind’s thought to ask for, to instead reach into our deepest unconscious self to reawaken our health, finest dreams, hopes and aspirations.

Our minds are designed to categorize, break down and organize information. To reach our goals, we by necessity create the steps to achieve our aims. Yet this is a process of linear causality. Braco is a conduit for the Source energy that is not governed by linear time and space, and it instead unifies us beyond the constructs of the mind. It can lift us to a realm through a feeling alone, where spontaneous change can take place that flows into our bodies and lives to create a new foundation.

Through his silent gaze, Braco is showing us a mirror reflecting something within all, and giving us a potent glimpse of the inner divine spark. Braco is anchored in this boundless energy, and his absolute knowing and trust of it offers us the strength we need in this overwhelming Information Age to rediscover it in ourselves. Here we awaken our own absolute belief and faith in this infinite goodness within creation. This is why Braco does not wish to be seen as a guru or saint, holding the power apart; it is within all who come and only needs to be nourished and cherished anew.

So make your goals in gazing sessions, if you choose to bring them, like innocent wishes; child-like and free from your mind’s need to organize the steps to fulfillment. Simply make your wish, your request of the energy and Braco, and feel in that moment the spaciousness, the peace and unity of your group in that session.

A feeling holds more power and information than words can explain. This is why even skeptics or people who only come out of curiosity to gazing sessions can walk away sometimes with miraculous physical healings taking place, new outlooks on life or a transformation in their world view made more positive and open. Why latent talents can be awakened or relationships made better.

Many bring photos of loved ones or children to gazing sessions and find those they seek help for are deeply affected. Miracles flow in this way too. When we are selfless, wishing to help another, we naturally unify with Braco and the energy, and ourselves assist to open a doorway for new, positive possibilities for that individual. Our hopes and faith in the energy offers their spirit a foundation to reconnect and awaken, to receive and be nourished.

If needed, a way to calm the chatter of your mind in a gazing session is to focus upon making a simple commitment within, saying ‘Yes!’ to the gift, whatever that may be and no one know what Source will decide is best, so you become free to openness . . . to the spacious moment of all possibilities.

May your dearest wishes find their wings to fly! –  Angelika Whitecliff (5/12/10)

Format during a Gazing Session

  • People are escorted into the gazing room at the appointed time of the session, and their ticket is collected at the door.
  • Those in wheelchairs, on crutches or with mobility impairments, the elderly or people of shorter stature may be invited into the first three rows by staff.
  • Once everyone is seated, the gazing room doors are closed for the session. No one will be admitted after the doors are closed to avoid disruptions for the group.
  • A 10 – 20 minute introduction will be presented by the event host: about Braco and offering some foundation information about the gazing and the session structure. For those who have attended previous sessions, an opportunity will be offered for a few to share their personal stories. This introduction is meant to provide everyone who is new with key information and a basis for understanding what is taking place.
  • At the close of the introduction, the group will be asked to stand for the gazing and Braco will be introduced. (People who cannot stand may remain seated.)
  • A special music is played for the gazing and Braco will take the stage to silently make the gazing for 5- 8 minutes. As he gazes at us, we may gaze back at him.
  • Once Braco leaves the stage, the audience will be offered a few more minutes of silence to continue to integrate their experience. People may remain standing or reseat themselves for this period.
  • In closing the session, the event host will return to the stage and make any final announcements. Everyone will then be requested to exit the gazing room to ready it for the next session.

People who attend multiple sessions should leave the room with the group and join the line for the next session they wish to attend.

It is recommended to take a walk in nature if there is an opportunity after a session. Nature helps us to ground and reconnect gently to the quiet within.
